I am a LPC and LCADC currently offering telehealth counseling throughout the State of NJ. I utilize a person-centered, mindful approach to collaborate with clients to create an individualized treatment plan specifying your goals and objectives. I use evidence-based therapies and techniques including EMDR designed to help clients process trauma, negative beliefs, guilt and shame as well as learning more about the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve interpersonal communication skills, self-regulation, anger management, stress management, and substance abuse. Not accepting insurance at this time.

I have experience working in various residential and outpatient treatment settings in mental health and substance abuse with diverse populations from teenagers, adults, seniors, veterans, first responders, couples and families. I received a MS in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University.

Session Costs - self-pay $125 per session.  I accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo.
